What happens after I contact you?

After you contact Car Accident Hotline, an experienced personal injury attorney will contact you within 12 hours. The attorney will provide you with a FREE, no obligation, consultation and evaluate your case. If Car Accident Hotline determines that it can help you in your injury claim, the attorney will inform you of the next steps.

What if I was involved in an accident but I was not injured?

Car Accident Hotline is determined to help those who were injured in an accident. If you were not injured in an accident, we may not be able to assist you. However, we still recommend that you contact us so that an attorney can evaluate your situation and determine what steps must be taken. Note that injuries often surface several days or weeks following an accident. As such, we advise speaking to an attorney before ruling out whether or not you have an injury claim.

What if the accident was my fault?

At Car Accident Hotline, we help those who were injured due to the negligence of another. If you were the negligent driver, we encourage you to contact your insurance company and open a claim. How much do you charge for your services?

Car Accident Hotline works under a “no fees, unless we win” policy, which means that you will not have to pay us ANY attorneys’ fees until you receive a damage award from the at-fault driver or the insurance company. If for some reason your claim is unsuccessful, we will not charge you a penny for our services.

Can you guarantee that I will win my case?
